My daughter has flourished at Tilehouse since starting last year. She was previously in a large day nursery and the change in her was remarkable. I truly feel like all the staff know and care about my child. 

The staff are professional, highly trained and approachable. The class sizes are small with good resources and lots of activities (like class trips, people coming to visit, arts & crafts, baking, gardening and yoga) It’s a non-profit charity so very reasonably priced and with children at the centre of what they do. They are very good at communicating and use an app to post daily observations of the day (with photos) detailed EYFS assessments, send invoices and give general updates/info. 

My daughter has a food allergy and the care they took over her care plan was amazing, if there was any, ANY doubt whatsoever, I had a phone call and a picture of the ingredients list. Double, triple checked (even more than I would!) 

I cannot recommend Tilehouse highly enough and am so pleased I found this small, loving environment for my daughter!
